Example Interest Calculation: For a loan of MXN $10,000 for 120 days, with 8 bi-weekly payments, a daily interest rate of 0.05%, and a commission of 6%:

Interest to be paid: MXN $10,000 × 0.05% × 120 = MXN $600. Commission: MXN $10,000 × 6% = MXN $600. VAT on interest: MXN $600 × 16% = MXN $96. Total amount to be paid: MXN $10,000 + MXN $600 + MXN $600 + MXN $96 = MXN $11,296. Approximate bi-weekly payment: MXN $11,296 / 8 = MXN $1,412.
