GymRats · Fitness challenge

Band together to improve your fitness by competing in a group challenge. Enlist friends, family, teammates, colleagues, or whoever, to become gym rats. More effective than a simple step challenge, the goal is to workout more often; any activity counts.

-How it works-

* Create or join a group challenge * Invite as many people as you'd like * Post workouts to the group * Keep doing that, a lot * See leader board and have fun competing

-Flexibility-

All that's required for a workout is a photo and a title. The photo can be of the gym equipment, a sweaty selfie, a screenshot of another app, or whatever your group deems acceptable.
